On September 24, 2024, the Good Employer Charter Presentation Ceremony organized by the Labor Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government was held as scheduled. The Commissioner for Labor, Ms. Chan, proposed that the theme of the "Good Employer Charter" is "Family-Friendly Employers", instructing the business community and various social organizations to promote family-friendly workplaces and work together to create a good human resources management culture.
